This outfit is dressed up enough for a business casual Friday yet practical enough to run errands around town.

I’m always looking for a new opportunity to update my closet color palette, and this dress does it for me. This Desert Rose Sweater Dress from Express is the perfect color to try this winter. The boots remind me of the desert sandstone, and the warm rose is the perfect thing to get any winter blues in check by reminding me of beautiful, warm Arizona sunsets.
